Aspiring RE Investor living in Milwaukee, WI. Recently attended a REI Summit in Orlando-received AWESOME information & guidance, yet walked away thoroughly frustrated! WHY? Well actually, I run into deals all the time and most of them I wholesale. Sometime some of the deals are too lucrative to pass on so i try to partner up with an outside money investor to complete the deals. This deal is a 4 bedroom right near a beautiful park, and it needs to be rehabed. Purchase price is $29,000 for the property and it's going to cost around $70K to fix it up. Once it's done, it can sell for upwards to $270,000 thus giving the investor a profit of well over $150,000 net profit. Call me Ed 410-698-2913

Hi Renae – There’s nothing wrong with paying people for their time or their product when it’s valuable. But don’t think you HAVE to hire an over-priced mentor, either. Those who say you do are usually selling over-priced mentoring programs.
So what do you do?
Find the deal. Get it under contract. Then, partner up.
Bringing in an established wholesaler from your area to help you sell your first deal, again, after you have found a deal on your own or, at least, initiated communication on a deal is the best mentoring program out there. The only difference is YOU get paid!
