I have, as well as others, received unsatisfactory grades on some blogs. In reading plenty of other blogs; what I have noticed is that there are plenty of reponses to the blog itself. Not so sure

I am in contact with an investor that is selling two duplexes. The duplexes are fully occupied, and both cashflow. I have a nice size buyers list and fully occupied properties seem to be more of a plus amongst them currently. My major problem is that while I was speaking to this investor previously about a separate property; I couldn't get a decent response. She was so very 'lax'.
