My name is Tom Dunn.
My wife and myself have been investing in real estate since 1999. We started out doing little "Lonnie" type mobile home deals, but quickly graduated to wholesale flips and rehabs.
Now we primarily buy and hold for rental, but we still flip some of the properties we buy.
We have three kids, ages 23, 20, and 18. Between raising them, investing, and a little bit of travel, we have pretty full plates.
Oh yeah... we also have a Simple Church that meets in our house!
My hope and prayer is that something I write or share will help somebody else take a step toward their dreams and goals!
