I am a Title Agent and owner of Realty Trust Title Services LLC. I'm also a Mortgage Broker and at the end of last year me and my partner created Property Saving Solution LLC.

I have been working on Short Sales and I have closed short sales deals for my self and other Realtors with my Title Agency. I thought I might give you a resource to check out. Since it is harder and harder to qualify buyers, credit is more important than ever. I came across something that can help your prosepective buyers to get their scores that much better or higher so you can qualify them and thus make more sales and more money.
