I checked out the website; very professional! Email me over the passwords to check out the deals and pipeline. I'm also interested in info on buying with virtually no money down. All the deals I've done thus-far have been 10% down, but I'm buying house for $40k, 30yr fix @ 7.5% int, so I'm still making 35-40% ROI. Beats the stock market!
