About Me
I am always looking for deals. I spend an inordinate amount of time researching on the Internet. I have studied numerous REI strategies and have modified and combined them to my situation. It seems there are far to many "Gurus" out there that only want to sell me their mentoring time. Shouldn't mentoring be free. After all didn't someone mentor them in the first place. Most investors I have run into really want to help you.
My Business
Alden Avenue Properties uses multiple streams of income to finance operations.
Commercial Real Estate Investing is our main focus. We purchase shopping centers, strip malls, office buildings, retail stores and self storage facilities.
We also promote our Private Investing Network to utilize private financing to fund the full purchase price or down payments. We pool investor money through a separate LLC Trust vehicle Bedrock Trust.
We operate the 36 Hour Auction which purchases, renovates and sells REO property within a 30 day cycle. The 36 Hour Auction is the weekend quick sale of the completed rehab to targeted buyers.
Alden Avenue Properties uses the cash flow achieved from these sources to buy Tax Liens and Tax Deeds in several mid-west states.
We are always open to looking at new ideas and partner with anyone who can present a unique idea for growing the business.

It's good to see a fellow Washingtonian here! I have to say I agree with you on the mentoring-should-be-free concept. Looks like there's a bit of that on this site and I'm happy to have found it.
My husband and I have a note business on the east side of the lake. Our primary focus is on helping private and commercial real estate note holders find buyers for their notes.
