I am happy to have you as a contact .... I never had any luck trying to wholesale someone elses' "deal".... Contact a Mtg Co. in your yellow pages that has a large ad ... ask for Private Money ...  Same thing with Realtor ... ask ... ask .. the money is there ....  I use private money for my rehabs ... Realtors phone me to spend their money ...   I also network on commercial properties .... Sometimes I assist new buyers get their downpmt funds ....  I love this business ... People are so good at helping each other get ahead ...Lisa
