As you have probably already figured out I too am from Boise.
I can hook you up with hard money lenders, but the bulk of my business in this industry is marketing properties from investors, developers, etc. I market from home 2 hotels world wide. So when you are ready to sell we can talk. Also if you get into wholesaling I should be able to help you there too. I have investor around the nation buy properties anywhere.
