I enjoy running and have competed in marathons and triathlons. My hope is to qualify for the Boston Marathon and MAYBE compete in a full ironman.
My wife of 12 years, Susan, and my two girls, Elizabeth aka "Stinkerbell (8) and Katherine aka "Katbird" (6), are the true joys of my life. They are a big reason I can get up in the morning, regardless of what kind of day/week/month I'm having.
About Me
Born and raised in Hartsville, SC, I came to the Moore County, NC area just out of college to work in a textile mill. Quickly realizing my gifts and abilities did not match up with what the textile mill's needs and wants were, I moved on to other things. As a Realtor, I have truly found my professional calling.
My passion is real estate investing, both for myself and for others. I especially love to educate new investors about "How to Safely Invest in Real Estate." See my blogs on that subject.

Ok I am truly green at this and looking for help. I believe I have a potential deal for the right investor, only I am stuck on how to find one so here goes;
I have a 3 acre working ranch with 2 trailers for workers lodging, large enclosed barn w/ 6-8 stalls, establish wash and tack tack area 2 arenas, and 25-30 outside covered stalls. Has 3bd/2bth +den/office house and needs TLC. Has approx. $100k in equity. Owner is behind on payments x5 and will let go for payment of back = fees and second mortgage. Can someone help me find the right buyer/investor?
