About Me
My name is Sal I was born and raised in Springfield Mass, I joined the US. Air Force and was stationed in Sicily, Italy for four years as a carpenter / translator. I have been selling real estate for 8 years. I have workd for builders and developers.
My Business
I started investing about five years ago, I purchased a parcel of land and sat on it for 3 years. I went to through a real estate investing course and decided to build on the land. I built a single family home and had it under contract before it was complete. I had a private lender loan me $70,000 to complete the project and I paid her back with 10% interest in 5 months and 4 days. I did a 1031 Exchange and purchased a 1.12 acre parcel of land for $47,500 which I subdivided into seven lots and rezoned them to duplex lots, now each lot has a market value of $25,000 each. I am currently working on building 7 duplexes on that land. ***I am looking for another private lender***
