Who am I?
I am first and foremost a husband and father to a red-headed wife and a red-headed daughter. I am a deacon in the Anglican Church and a Church planter/missionary. I am working toward my M.A. in Philosophy and hope to one day have a Ph.D. in that field. As well as a few others, such as Theology, History, and Old Testament Studies.
So as you can see, I obviously enjoy poverty! Not much there to market myself out in the "real" world. That is why I have been working in the field of Real Estate for a few years now. I had a great Economics professor at the Christian College I attended who thought it very wise for me to start investing in Real Estate. I have not personally bought a piece of property yet, but I have helped others purchase property and work in the Real Estate Market.
My Goals are to live off my own income, to fund Church plants, and to help fund missionary work around the world. I have too much I want to do out there for me to make minimum wage.
What do I do?
Presently I work for a Mortgage Firm, and I am a Loan Officer. Likewise I also work for a Financial Advisor Group called, "American Retirement Planners" as one of their mortgage consultants and help with their investor seminars. I am a licensed Insurance Agent, and if I can get them time to take my State Test I will be a Licensed Real Estate Agent...all of this is in GA.
The areas I work most in are financing commercial property, subdivision loans, and investor properties. I have several seminars that I do for Insurance agents, Financial advisors, and Churches. I help educate people on how to properly invest for their present and future. As some of you know Real Estate is good but it is just one slice of the pie. If you have equity in your homes: "STOP SITTING ON YOUR ASSETS!"

For those of you out there that are Agents, I work in 40+ states. I have a great team of mortgage professionals that I work with. On every loan you send us there will be at least 2 consultants there to help your clients through this process. We do this to provide the best service for all of our clients and their agents.
