I'm both a real estate and private investor. I represent buyers, sellers, and investors in this dynamic marketplace to provide creative solutions to their real estate needs. Emphasis is tailored to the client's needs and expectations in the transaction, whether it be developing a solid marketing plan to get a property sold, or conducting property analysis to make the most informed decision prior to purchase.
I'm also looking to build business partnerships to move forward with both residential and commercial acquisitions for my personal portfolio.
Active member of NWRIA and REAPS, two of Western Washington's primary investment associations.

The most important aspect of any business is to provide valuable service to clients. I build my business around providing excellent customer service coupled with expert knowledge. I also believe in the importance of clear, upfront communication, which helps to save time, money, and effort for both myself and my clients.
I'm also a private investor. I'm forming my business model for multi-family acquisitions, and am actively looking for others to network with.
