About Me
I have been involved in the property management business for over 20 years. I am experienced in affordable tax-credit, HUD and Section 8 as well as conventional multi-family housing. I have managed commercial buildings, retail shopping centers, industrial and vacant land. Most recently I was Sr. Asset Manager for KeyBank in Seattle, WA. My portfolio consisted of affordable tax-credit properties in in 5 states.
I am currently the 2009 Chapter President for IREM ("Institute of Real Estate Management"). I serve as board member for WAR (Washington Association of Realtors), and for St. Andrew's Housing Group.
I hold a real estate Broker's License for the state of Washington.
