"I want to express my satisfaction with the business investment opportunity I had with Kyle Cross. I was extremely pleased with the rate of return on my investment—which was by far better than I could have got from a bank. I was also pleased with the professional ism exhibited by Mr. Cross in the promptness of repaying my investment. I will definitely be seeking out Kyle and investing with him again immediately. Again, I appreciate the opportunity to do business with Kyle. "

Kyle,
"I have never worked with anyone that has made me feel as comfortable as you and your team. If everyone in your organization is as congenial as you, you will go a long way. I am going to tell as many of my good friends about your organization as I can. I look forward to working with you for a long time to come."

Thanks to Kyle I was able to obtain a home in good condition and well below market value. Kyle also helped me with his hard money financing at 100% of the sales price at 15% simple interest. Wow, that is unheard of for hard money. I'm looking forward to doing business with Kyle again in the near future. Keep up the good work.
Thanks,
Mike Bell

Ah, bringing up the 41-14. We have not forgotten. I wonder if you guys can even remember the last time you made it to a championship game (or come to think of it, even a big ten championship).
