I graduated from Purdue University in 2000. Go Boilers! I also got my real estate investing education from Nouveau Riche, the ONLY college for real estate investors and now teach investors from all around the country as an instructor there.

I have been involved in the real estate game for that last 10+ years. Currently, I invest in real estate full-time with my wife, mostly in Arizona and Indiana.

Thanks to Kyle I was able to obtain a home in good condition and well below market value. Kyle also helped me with his hard money financing at 100% of the sales price at 15% simple interest. Wow, that is unheard of for hard money. I'm looking forward to doing business with Kyle again in the near future. Keep up the good work.

How are you doing?
I see you are part of Nouveau Riche, and was curious to how the business part of it working out for you. Are you selling any tuition packages at all? I mean how Easy is it to get $16K from people?
I also see so much negative stuff on Google search on NR so I wonder if anyone is buying the tuiton at all? www.ReiClub.com and www.BiggerPockets.com have Banned all NRU folks because of all the Spam they have posted in the past? They all write about it being a Scam, and don't drink the Koolaide at the meetings etc. . .
What do folks think of the classes who have bought them After they go?
How many classes have you taken? Did they honestly help you?
How many deals have you done? How many properties do you own?
How much did you make last year on selling NRU?
How much did you Earn last year on Real Estate deals?
Is anyone actively investing or just trying to sell to others to get a 50% commission?

Hello Crosskj, This is HIts-1. I am the VP for BusDev for a company that is wholesaling REO'S to investors. We are doing pretty well, douoble diigit sales per month.
