I am trying to short sale my home. It is a 4 BR 2 bath 1 car garage. It has a 3 car driveway. Nice area. Split level appx. 1630 SF big back yard with privacy fence and shed. Two patio doors. Two hot water tanks, new CH/CA 2002. Many, many updates. Not much work needed. We do our own rehabs. My payment went from $800 to $1451 per month and can't sell it for what it is worth. Appraised at $145,000 last year. Owe $132,000. I am in Springfield, MO and this is a great school district and close to the Battlefield Mall.
