Looking For

I am in need of helpful hints or a push in the right direction. I have been researching sites and links on the internet, I stayed up all last night and ran around all day checking out foreclosured properties. This is so the job for me. But a few free tips would be great.

Other Interests

I love to travel. Any chance I get, I'm there. I have been to quite a few destinations and have many more to go. This carreer field will also allow me to meet new people and see new places. I'm always up for a new adventure. Any suggestions???

About Me

Well, I have been employed with the postal service for a little over 12 years. It was never what I thought I would be doing when I grew up, hehe, but it had it pro's. In June, they told us that our facility would be closing down and that we would have to relocate if we wanted to stay employed with them. That was my oppurtunity out. I was not going to sale my home, move to a city I never wanted to live in and do a job that I was never satisfied with. I turned in my resignation this week. My last day is Nov. 9. So, I have been brain storming since then. I already manage my mother's rental property, she passed away in Dec. 2006 and I have always known that it is a great carreer. Plus I'm too bossy to have a boss anymore. So, here I am.

My Business

My business right now is to network with as many people as I can and get as much information as possible so that I am ready the day that my life changes. I am really up for a new challenge in my life. I can't wait to make my first million.

This is a great way to start, here on this site. You have tons of information and people to help you.

My suggestion to start you off so you don’t get overwhelmed and get analysis paralysis

is to read some of my blogs.

I want you to start off by reading some valuable information that I wish I knew and acquired when I first started.

The first set of blogs will tell you how to prepare yourself in the real estate industry:

Start out with: “The MOST IMPORTANT TIP you will ever receive as a Beginner Investor and in LIFE!” moving on to “Self Confidence and Preparation” then “"Quick-Start" Guide for Investors”.

Now for the niche that I recommend starting after you have done some “bird dogging”, or even during.

That blog is “How to build capital for your real estate business with real estate you don’t even own!!”

I do recommend you owning your own home as you get deeper because you will look more believable when you are trying to get someone into their own home. So read “Get into a Luxurious Home without CASH, CREDIT, QUALIFING LOANS, or a JOB!!”
