About Me

I have shifted all my investing focus to the RE Wholesaling world. I work side by side with the REI.com Pro, Darren Dicke. Let me tell you from personal experience, Darren is the TRUTH. I also have a good deal of construction knowledge. I grew up working for my dad's contracting and painting company. I would be more than happy to help others in the Columbus market that want to trade knowledge or need help.

My first passion in REI was Rehabs. I have rehabbed and flipped a few propetries and currently own and manage several rent to own properties.

To me, it is an awesome feeling when you see a trashed out house get a new life. I also enjoy knowing that I am helping someone become a homeowner through our Rent to Own Home Ownership Program.

Thanks for the congrats! I've noticed you know a good friend of mine I went to high school with, Justin Campbell. I have just put a duplex under contract located at, 102-104 Innis Ave, Col 43206. Its priced at $15,000. $75-80,000 ARV. 25-35,000 in repairs. I should have some pictures and video of it tomorrow or Saturday. Take a look at it.
