My wife and I enjoy traveling and spending time together. Real estate investing has helped make it possible to do more traveling. Our strategy has been to buy and hold these properties and we have been fully involved with the property management.
Currently we are looking at other strategies that can supplement our cashflow so that we can purchase more buy and hold properties.
Real estate is a fulltime business, but I also manage a full time CPA practice.
My Business
We have two businesses, TJ Investments and my CPA practice. TJ Investments is the entity we use to purchase and sell real estate. We also are full time property managers performing most of our own repairs and rehab work as needed.
My CPA practice specializes in helping businesses and individuals that deal in real estate issues. I have experience in construction accounting, accounting for real estate investments, tax planning and tax resolution.
