I've come across, free software that might be of interest to some members, this is a software I personally use myself, Google has a free mapping software that's the best I've found anywhere. Unbelievable Rehab

I just received a photo of a property that the owner wants rehabbed. This is by far the most unusual property I've come across in all my years of investing. The owner said he missed his home back in England. I have no clue as to how to even start. Please look at the photo on page two in my photos, you'll know which on right away. Suggestions welcomed.
