I am currently looking for one or multiple investors with at least 3 years financials and a real estate portfolio with a below average to good rating, who would like to expand their own portfolio by teaming up with me in starting a new real estate investment partnership short term or long term. You can keep your current investments separate.  The financials and portfolio are track record use only.

I have located a funding source that could provide the basis for a new company that would explode financially with the current conditions of today's real estate market.
