If you're in charge of this site, you should really consider kicking out all the members who don't log into the site at least ONCE A MONTH. This is ridiculous. Some people haven't logged in since 2009, 2008. Get rid of them. I'm searching up members to "network" with and I get a list of members who don't even come onto this site. I don't want to see them on the list! It makes the search more tedious.
Please find a way to start clearing up inactive accounts. Otherwise this website will just be an accumulation of useless account holders... And where would the positive networking be in that?
