Education
I graduated from Ohio State University in '03 with a degree is Spanish (Si, yo hablo Espanol y vivi en Mexico por seis meses.) I began educating myself in real estate in the winter of '04 with the purchase of, "Real Estate Riches" and went full time that August.
I had the benefit from learning hands-on with an excellent mentor, Brian Urbanski, by working and studying in his office. I was taught the very best negotiation and communication system on the planet, the Sandler System, and applied it to real estate as well as my life at every opportunity.
I became very knowledgeable on top marketing strategies, as well as structuring advanced subject-to and lease options deals. I have slowed down on my lease option portfolio and have been focusing on the pre-foreclosure market and wholesales exclusively after learning from the best.

I love to read, currently Atlas Shrugged, but usually focus on self-improvement and biographies. I just read the Autobiography of Richard Branson, "Losing my Virginity," and excellent read. I felt like I was hanging with a billionaire for a week.
I enjoy outdoor activities such as skiing, boating, rock climbing, ultimate frisbee.
I have a passion for traveling. I speak Spanish fluently so I love Latin America and its rich culture. I travelled by myself through Costa Rica and Nicaragua and have led adventures with friends to Cuba, Mexico, and Panama. I plan on seeing the world and doing it while I can still blame my craziness abroad on my youth.
Family
I am the oldest of 4 and enjoy how unique my family is. We are a teacher, a paramedic, a college student, and a real estate and web entrepreneur.
Both my parents are involved with real estate as agents for ReMax and live in Westerville, Ohio.
I have an amazing girlfriend named Adabel who has a beautiful daughter named Camille. Adabel helps Hispanics in the Columbus market find homes and guides them through all the perilous financing issues and other challenges that many of them have no experience with. She has a passion for "her people" and it shows with every client she works with.
I am also blessed to have the best friends a guy could ask for. My buddy and business partner, Matthew, who I met while living in Mexico had the type of big ideas and dreams as I did.
We dreamed on the beaches of Ixtapa of creating something amazing and being able to bring all the people we love to the paradise beach in a tiny fishing community we had found.
Well, I think we found it and we're still looking for folks to bring with us!!

This website started one very late night with two friends who were talking about business, dreams, goals, and just what the heck we were doing with our lives and came up with this little place on the internet for all of us to learn, grow, and share with one another.
We're glad you made it.
We want being successful to be fun. It should be, shouldn't it? I hate the idea of wealth being something that is dull, that's pretentious, that's stiff and stoic.
Not for me, hopefully not for you either.
We created the website, but this is your community. What kind of member are you going to be?

I have found that in my life when I have done something selfless, when I have given without looking to receive, the universe has always, always, given back to me exponentially.
Many people don't appreciate something when it is given for free. My hope is that although this community is free to join, that you will see the value and make full use of it.

It is my hope and dream that you have a more prosperous and enjoyable experience in real estate because of this community and I will personally work hard to ensure it.

FOOD THERAPY
WHAT I HAVE UNDERSTOOD AND EXPERIENCED SINCE 2000 ONWARDS THAT food is the basic need of any human being to remain healthy as we know that there are only three activities which is being communicated in Ayurveda i.e. BHOJAN (eating), PACHAN KRIYA (Absorption) AND NISHPADAN KRIYA (Discharge).
All these three activities constitute major importance to food as if
THE FOOD IS RIGHT, NO MEDICINES IS NEEDED.
IF THE FOOD IS NOT RIGHT, MEDICINES WILL NOT WORK.
TO BE HEALTHY ONE IS AWARE ABOUT THE CAUSE OF HIS/ HER ILL HEALTH, as one is not caring, that is the cause of illness and increase in health problems as I have experience since 2000 onwards when I have started discussing with people around for their health problems and causes around.
AS EVERYONE KNOWS THAT SELF HELP IS THE BEST HELP.
WHICH IS TRUE TO BE HEALTHY TOO AS I HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS SINCE 2000 AND REMAIN HEALTHY or I can say in better health which otherwise may not be possible.
If I can remain healthy with no medicine use, I have the right to guide people around for better healthy living.
As we are aware that the peoples are suffering from Diabeties, Asthma, Arithrities, skin diseases, weight problems, psoriasis, cancer , weakness, constipation etc. The major cause of disease is our lifestyle i.e. our eating habits and also not following any system of nature to be healthy.
When we are in bad health, we can remain in better health provided we change eating habits, change in lifestyle and try to follow NATURE. As we are the creation of Nature, our Growth is dependent upon Nature very much, if we can follow the system of Nature to remain healthy wherever possible, WE SHALL BE HEALTHY AND WEALTHY TOO AS we know Health is Wealth.
I shall be pleased to Guide and Support people around if interested to take my guidance for keeping themselves healthy by knowing WHEN to eat? WHAT to eat? And HOW to remain in better health inspite of busy schedule and running towards earning livelihood.
