Real Estate Investor Home

I am a mom first of 3 wonderful kids ages 16, 18 & 21.  I love the flexiblity of working out of my home so i can be there for my kids when I need to.  But being a bookkeeper partime has not provided me enough income to purchase my own home.  My own home will be my 1st big spend.

I am smart, detail oriented, organized and a quick learner.  I am cautious and particular and feel my judgement is well suited when looking at properties and doing the all the research needed to find great deals.  I try to keep things simple, direct and focus on doing what is necessary to be successful.  I won't put up with too much drama and can spot bull shit a mile away.  I am looking for others you are decisive, honest, fare and have integrity who want to work with me in this exciting and adventureous field of Real Estate. It doesn't look like I can post information about properties on this website as it is not set up that way.  I will use Virtual Deal Factory as a forum for this purpose. 

I am a self employed accountant/bookkeeper but have had experience working in Real Estate and Title Insurance as a bookkeeper and doing BPO's and other related work.  I worked for someone who was an REO agent for several companies.  I have read much on the subject of Real Estate and attending classes and trainings on various aspects of buying & selling.  My goal is to become a full time Real Estate Investor as I feel now is a great time to find great bargins and get my feet wet.
