Hi there,
I and my fiancee recently decided to dabble into the real estate market in Houston, TX.And going by the blogs i have read on this website, i understand wholesaling is the surest and quickest way to acquire funds necessary to move further in this business.
Being first timers without any funds to our names,we have decided to reach out to the real estate investors community and ask who would be interested in wholesaling or rehabbing in Houston, TX.
There are so many wholesalable and re-habable properties going up every day in Texas with unbeatable listing prices that it would be unforgivable if i do not share this information with any interested investor(s) in this community.

You can down load all the books of the top investors in the real estate business for free no string attached. There is some really helpful information from how get started, hardmoney loans, renting, flipping, whole sale properties, probate, you name it it's here.
