About Me
First and foremost I am a mother of three and work out of the home. I have been, and am interested in buying and selling in MN, WI, IA, IL, IN, OH, WVA, TN, and KY. If the numbers are good, anywhere really. I find this business incredibly addictive and inspiring. I spent to much time getting ready to get ready and have been enjoying the past year really applying what I have been preparing to do. I specialize in subject to, lease options and wholesale properties, but am demanded more in the foreclosure niche to do short sale negotiations and foreclosure prevention.
I am currently restructuring my business to offer my services to any investor or realtor that needs to get a foreclosure stopped or negotiated. Helping people is what I do best, but you have to be careful. If I can save any newbie from the hardships and lessons i had to learn, I am happy to pass on my knowledge.

Wholesaling is the best place for me to start' but seem to get tounge tied from time to time. Whats the easiest way to learn the math ?? Any advice is appreciated.
