Hi, my name is Carin and I am new to Real Estate Investing. I research REO properties with high equity and have an intrest in Multi-Family and Commercial RE. I hope by next year to have my first investment property. I am activly trying to build my portfolio and net worth. Currently I am looking for private investors in South Florida.....really all over....oh and Id like to learn more about tax sales.

 

I have a few close friends and I am told I have a great personality and very professinal when dealing with the public. Im a great friend to keep and I know how to keep promises. Aside from the basics I am all about business here =)

 I have a gentleman that has access to REO straight out the bank (not listed) for 60 cents on the dollar. (residential)

I have another Gentleman has  That purchase properties for 50 cent on the dollar and sells them for 65 cents on a dollar.

can we do anything with this or is there anything you had in mind I can assist you with?

Sorry for the late reply, Carin! I totally understand. I use the mls system to find REO's. U can access it for free at www.franklymls.com  there are tons! Just gotta jump out there and learn as you go!
