Hello all,
I have been investing in single family homes with my real estate business partner. We are currently focusing on wholesaling, finding probate properties, and contacting owners going through bankruptcy. We try to help people as well as make money. I just wanted to let you know that I am interested in SHORTSALES (Single family, move in ready). I Actually would like to be able to do them myself (with my team) but still give a 6% commission to the agent (less work for him/her). I look for 500k upwards to 5 million. I am a cash buyer, and want to relist the property with the agent for a quick sale. Agent must be willing to allow my team the negotiating power.
