I am currently a real estate investor as well as a real estate consultant. I worked at Prestige Real Estate Group with a very prominent real estate broker. We were partners on numerous multi million dollar deals. Myself and another partner chose to start a real estate investment business while the market here in colorado is saturated with foreclosures. Obviously now is as good of time as any to capitalize in this market as well as helping many families in need. I believe if you have a big heart you will be blessed with a big wallet.

I thought I might give you a resource to check out. Since it is harder and harder to qualify buyers, credit is more important than ever. I came across something that can help your prosepective buyers to get their scores that much better or higher so you can qualify them and thus make more sales and more money. It is a resource I have been using with a greater and greater number of my buyers and clients. So here it is:

And if you are doing foreclosures this is something you can offer those in foreclosure to help rebuild their credit.
