About Me
I'm 34 years old and am a private investor. I have lots of dreams and goals for myself, my family, friends and friends-to-be and I don't think there is a better business to be in than in real estate. I share what I have learned, accomplished and failed at with others and enjoy hearing the same from others. My only true goal in life is to serve the Lord Jesus Christ. He taught on many subjects and several have been on finances and being good stewards of them. So may we all prosper from our ventures and show loving hearts towards others. Please get on my buyers list (even if you think you already are). I am a wholesaler in Memphis TN. I wholesale about 1.5 houses a week. most of my deals can be purchased in the $30k-60k range and will have a value of $60K-160K. My average rental cash flows 230/m and has 35% equity and 30k in equity, sometimes more.
My average rehab property will net you at least $25k (after all expenses). I’ve sold houses where the buyer walked with 40-50k after all expenses, when they sold it.
We can also provide property management and/or do the rehab work when needed.
