After graduating from San Jose State I've lived in Ohio, Washington D.C., Virginia, Maryland, Alabama, Arizona and Washington state. I now live in Sarasota, Fla. I have been a Real Estate broker in Arizona, California, Washington and now Florida since 1978.I developed a 9 unit ocean front condominimum project in Oceanside California and "FLIPPED" Investment properties from Seattle to Tampa Bay.
