Hi fam I have a problem I can find the deals the best deals Fsbo 50 to 60 cent on the dollar low end to high end with no rehab needed but I cant find the buyers maybe its that they are here in Michigan mainly Oakland and Macomb county a lot of lake front but they are worth the investment if anyone out there has any feed back it would be greatly welcome
