We can put you in a position to earn more revenue thus providing additional assistance to your clients.
We want to help homeowners facing foreclosure stay in their homes by providing them with an affordable
solution to their problem.
Here's how our program could work for your clients.
We have a team of business professionals from lawyers to CPA's to guide them through the process of
staying in their home and not having to uproot their family.
They would first file an application with the Gemini Broadway Fund. After filing their application, our
team of professionals will review it. All applicants are charged a $100 application fee. We will then
ask for their permission to start negotiating a buyout on their home with their bank. Once we negotiate
buying the property, the Gemini Broadway Fund will purchase their home and rent it back to them at a
reduced rate lowering their monthly payment significantly. We will execute an option that in 5 or 10 years
they can buy back their home at the original price they paid for it.
If you already have approved short sales this would obviously make the process that much faster.
As an Affiliate you have 2 significant ways to earn additional revenue.
Earn $10.00 per application that is submitted.
1) Earn an additional 2.5% when we buy one of the
distressed properties that you refer.
 
 2) Lastly earn .5% on the business of any affiliates that you recruit for
Free Distress.
While we are confident that you can earn additional significant revenue with your primary clients, we feel
that you’d benefit by developing an affiliate network. However developing a network of affiliates is
neither mandatory nor necessary.
