It`s been said, that there are two things you should never sacrifice, the quality of the food you eat and the caliber of people you spend your time with. Therefore, I pride myself on the company I keep, and I try to surround myself with people that share the same goals and ambition as I do. That`s why I really enjoy being a part of realestateinvestor.com, because it affords me the opportunity to meet and interact with a diverse group of people that have the same things in mind. I`m looking to meet professional contacts, that not only know what they want, but aren`t afraid to go after it. I want principle buyers or their representatives, those that take extreme pride in there work and anything that they're a part of, as well as those that posses a strong amount of professionalism and are open to new ways to achieve goals. I`m a very seasoned investor, thus I need partners and allies that are willing to consider all of the options that I bring. I`ve been told that I go from one extreme to the next, so it`s imperative that I have a circle that can reciprocate that. For example, people who could handle a simple cosmetic rehab, but who would also welcome the opportunity to be a part of a major development. In addition to the other things I look for, the person I choose to do business with must have a sense of morality. I`m a ethical person and this would play an integral role in any  business relationship I`m  a part of.

I thought I might give you a resource to check out. Since it is harder and harder to qualify buyers, credit is more important than ever.
