About Me
Let's do some deals!
Since mid-October, 2009, we are residents of Greenville, SC. The upstate is a great place to live and invest! The big thing here is SFH rentals and rehabs. Not many row homes or townhouses, most houses here are detached. There are some duplexes and triplexes here and there. Anyone with cash to invest should consider this market. Homes are cheap and many require only minor repair to make rent ready.
Anyone in Maryland blogging about Maryland real estate should take a gander at MarylandRealEstatePage.com. That domain and blog are available for sale to an active real estate blogger. Make me an offer I can't refuse.
My Business
My primary focus is wholesaling at the moment. Personally, I don't consider wholesaling a real estate "investing" activity. To me, "investing" is buying low, holding for some period of time, and selling high. So "real estate investing" is buying real estate low, holding it for some period of time, and selling it for more than you paid. Wholesaling is creating and selling paper. But everyone calls it real estate investing, so who am I to judge?!
I am actively building a buyers list (add yourself at UpstateDiscountHomes.com) and marketing to sellers by driving traffic to WeBuyHousesEZ.com.
Would love to network with anyone doing the same or similar.

Thanks for your friendship. I have sent you a request to join my group, Residential 2 Commercial Investing. We have compiled a collection of blogs and discussions that pertain to everyone transitioning or desiring to transition to Commercial Financing and Investing.
I would like to encourage you to use us as a resource for all of your Commercial Financing and Investing needs. We offer fee based Commercial Loan Packaging, Underwriting Services and Loan Placement Services.
Our services benefit Investors purchasing or selling Commercial Real Estate in many ways. Here are a few:
BUYERS:
Our clients don't risk any earnest money until they have pre-approved financing.
Our clients negotiate better prices and terms based on the pre-approved financing they receive. Sellers consider our buyers more serious and professional b/c of the third party analysis.
Our clients close faster because the financing is in place because of the pre-established lender relationships.
SELLERS:
Sell your property with FINANCING IN PLACE before offering your property for sale.
Your buyers will close sooner because the financing contingencies are removed.
Only enter contract with qualified buyers who can meet the lender conditions to close.
Avoid price negotiations with interested buyers based on the financing available.
