Hi Everyone, It's a pleasure to be in the company of so many like minded peoples. (i know there's no such word as peoples. my wife says that i always seem to make up my own vocabulary. i think the words I interject just flows.) But I digress. In one of the all time best books Think and Grow Rich one of the rules is to surround yourself with like minded folks, so I must be in the right place.
I started in the real estate industry as a loan officer at my brother's mortgage company. (yes, I closed my share of sub-prime loans. How could I know...) When I'd see my investor clients refinancing and leaving closing with humungous checks in hand I knew which side of the fence I wanted to be on.
I was introduced to the Ron LeGrand Fast Cash with Quick Turn Real Estate, did my first wholesale deal and made $15,000 on a house that I didn't even own, and I've been hooked on creative real estate investing ever since.
I hope to meet and network with people on this site. Build long term relationships. And, hopefully, just maybe, flip a few bargain-basement property deals that peeps, oops, I mean people here in this community might be interested in making some serious money on.
