I just wanted to let you know that I am interested in SHORTSALES. I Actually would like to be able to do them myself (with my team of loss mitigators) but still give a 6% commission to the agent (less work for him/her). I look for 500k upwards to 5 million (move in ready), but keep in mind a good deal is a good deal. I am a cash buyer, and want to relist the property with the agent for a quick sale.
