Where are you wishing to concentrate your efforts, and how can I help? Been part of this goofy, glorious real estate industry since 1983. I have done everything one can do to real estate except perhaps burn it down! I've owned title companies and a mortgage company, been a licensed appraiser, done rehabs from both a GC standpoint and "hands-on"-basically, you-name-it. Looking to lend my expertise these days in finding people money, as well as good deals. What say you?
