My Business

I just joined REI and looking to connect with wholesalers and realtors that have investment deals to sell. I work with a group of investors that is acquiring property in so-cal, and wanted to reach out to you as a new member of REI and see if you had deals like this. The investors are cash buyers looking for SFR’s and multi-fam rehab flips. Condo ok, but not preferred. And looking for a minimum 18% est. net spread on ARV.

I believe we live in a time where strong relationships are the foundation of any business. Meeting with clients face-to-face, as well as networking with strategic business relationships, are the focal points of my business.

I like to balance my business activities by spending time with my beautiful 10 year old daughter, Kaia, whom I spend most of my free time with. I also enjoy going to the beach, reading a good book, spending time with friends and family, and following a healthy lifestyle.
