Someone asked me recently why they should buy in California. Of course there are a lot of the usuals like the fact that you can go from the nice sunshine soaked bath and up to the mountains to ski in one hour. That you can leave those mountains and go out to the desert and camp for the night and be in Vegas just a few hours later.
