We are currently looking for investors. In our business, we continually come across opportunities for real estate investments , however we strictly purchase seller financed mortgages, notes, etc. We come across these potential properties through our contacts, perform initial Comp's and ARV's, and should criteria be met we will refer property to a qualified investor.

New Program For 2008
Burson Investment Group has initiated a new program for 2008.
Burson Investment Group now engages in the purchase and resale of real estate. Our program will only include SFR at this time, and our primary focus will be on, but limited to, pre-foreclosure, foreclosure and REO properties.
We are actively purchasing at up to 93% of certified appraisal value.
We will sell all properties utilizing owner financing, and have instituted an expanded number of programs to assist homeowners into the home of their dreams.
Most of our programs will require a tri-merged credot score of 550, and a minimum down payment of 5%, however we are in the initial phases of creating a 100% LTV ZERO DOWN for our REO purchases and resale. Sorry, this will be owner occupied only.
