My name is Brian Snyder, and I live in Pittsburgh, PA.
I have been buying and selling houses for over 4 years now, but have been doing it full time for a little over a year now.
Besides buying and selling houses, I, along with my mentors and several other local investors in the area mentor new investors. We teach Wholesale, Lease Options, Options, Subject-to, Rehabbing, Raising Private Money, and Land Lording.
