LARGE COMMERCIAL PROJECT FUNDING! The standard terms of the loan based on future value are: 4.41% rate (note rate is based on the 90 day Libor rate) plus 2 points, 5 year term, with renewable five years option, if required and up to 90% loan to value, only $600.00 per pirncipal due diligence processing fees required for LOI, 10% of the requested loan to be placed into escrow,but refunded on first draw if borrowered funds. (Note: platform bridge loans are available for the 10%), minimum loans are required to begin @ ten million. Time of funding is 45 - 60 days with 30 days for the bridge loan. We currently have over 250 projects ..... for about $50.5 billion in process!
