About Me
    I have been a Machinist supervisor for the last 20 years. In 2004, I decided that I was tired of making someone else a lot of money. After a friend gave me a copy of Rich Dad, Poor dad I got the urge to get into real estate. Another friend lent me Carlton Sheets No money down course and my mind exploded with Ideas. I ran out and bought a rental property that needed a lot of work and spent a whole summer rehabbing it myself. It took a toll on myself and my family!
To make a long story short, after reading and listening to everything I could find on Real estate investing I decided to do wholesaleing. I am currently building a lead generation website and making contacts. I still work 60 hours a week as a supervisor, but hope to transition to Real estate gradually.

I am intereted in deals in chester county will you put me on you mailing list.

I am interested in two types of properties. First, properties that have tenants already in place. Second, properties that are in need of rehab 3+bedrooms, 1+bathrooms, rehab costs in the area of $10k-$35k, with APR=$185Kand up.

If you come across properties that would make good sub-wholesale deals I would be interested in those also.

Having a solid job that pays well with a long work history is going to help a lot when you want financing. Until your RE produces a good bit more in passive income or very stable lump sum income expect you will continue to be a supervisor with a day job. Not good or bad. Just a practical way to pay the bills.
