I have a 3/2 light fixer in Stockton, CA that I own and is currently in a trust. The monthly payments with the bank are $1850/mo and the loan balance is $240K. Am willing to let someone take over the trust with a down payment. Will look at all reasonable offers. The current comps on the property are $290K range.

Please contact me for a solid short sale lead here in Stockton, CA. Homeowner told me today he is willing to do a short sale because he is simply going to let the bank foreclose if he can't cure his problem. The house is in an decent area and not too bad of shape.
