3/2 Take over trust!!!!

I have a 3/2 light fixer, needs carpet, paint (inside and out), some minor drywall patches, yardwork. I have this home locked up in a trust and am willing to let someone take the trust over with a downpayment. The balance on the loan is $240K and the monthly payments are $1850/mo. The comps are $290K This home is located in Stockton, CA which is 1.5 hrs east of San Francisco and 40 minutes south of Sacramento. Am willing to listen to all offers.

Short sale lead in CA!

Please contact me for a solid short sale lead here in Stockton, CA. Homeowner told me today he is willing to do a short sale because he is simply going to let the bank foreclose if he can't cure his problem. The house is in an decent area and not too bad of shape. He owes 500K but the home is only worth around 490K  Simply looking for a finder's fee. Please contact me if you are interested.

Just curious to know some of the various averages of wholesale flip fee's in different parts of the country. I assume the fee is proportionate to the ARV? Thanks.
