Volunteer NWCLA Boardmember and Brief Bio

My interests range from fine art to real estate. Most recently I have been elected as the President of the Northern Worcester County Landlord Association http://www.nwcla.com/ where we are engaged in educating & helping members become better, responsible, and accountable landlords in the state of Massachusetts.

We meet monthly in Leominster, Massachusetts where we have open forums on a variety of topics concerning landlords. We are involved in our communities and doing our best to provide safe, clean, affordable housing for families in our communities where we live.

I also play drums and various types of percussion instruments. I play in our church's worship band and previously had toured the local night club circuit in North Eastern New England.

In my spare time I enjoy reading books about real estate and being with family and friends. I also love warm tropical beaches whenever I can get away. My vacations for the past five years have all been accompanied by the mobile design unit (G4 Mac laptop) so I can keep on top of my game, while keeping up on my tan.

Graphic Design & Real Estate Experience

I am a full-time interactive art director working freelance for some great accounts and I love what I do. I am also part-time real estate investor.

My long-term strategy is buy & hold properties and my company owns several apartment buildings. Mostly 3 and 4 unit apartments, one larger residential commercial apartment building and a few single family homes. I am currently in the market for larger residential properties within my market here in Massachusetts.

I like to manage my own properties and I know all of my tenants by name. We are in a position to pick up short sales for multi-units, and I am always looking for deals. Mostly multi-families, but I will look at anything interesting.
