I grew up in Boston. I used to own some property n Worcester way back in the 80"s. I bought some property from a man named Max Meenes. He was the first man I bought property from. It was a 7 unit in Worcester. I eventually bought another 21 units from him.

If you are interested in doing some investments my company is looking to increase our pool of investors. We do condo conversions and self finance the purchase. We are returning 9.28% to 12% cash on cash returns. We hold the first mortgage at 6.5% 30 year amort.

What are you doing and how is Mass.?
