Hello World,

My name is Brian Davis, I'm located in Charlotte, NC.  I am 35 years old, and I have lovely wife named Stacie. 

I plan on throwing a retirement/40 year old birthday party 5 years from now.  Feel free to keep me on my toes while I am on this pathway to reach this goal.

My Business

At heart I'm a buy and hold investor. Even though it is not as "sexy" as turning a property for big profits, I feel this is the pathway to creating significant wealth.  Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy a few retail deals here and there to keep my wife happy. 

Check out the photo page for the before, during, and after pictures of my latest rehab.  We purchased this property for 63K, rehabbed it for 26K, and we just recieved a rental contract on it for 1050/month.  Oh, did I mention it also appraised for 120K too? Not a bad months work. 

We should be closing on my next deal this week. I'll keep you posted.

It is never been lived in new construction 5b/4.5ba 5200 sq ft. on 1/2 acre in a new golf club development. this property just appraised at 825K two months ago. I am an out of town investor so I will need to wholesale this. it is being offered at about 70% of ARV. Hello Randolph,

I do have a property we are finishing up that we will be selling at a discount to unload for future endeavors.  The address is 1923 Hall Ave 28205, it is located in Midwood.  It has been totally gutted and rebuilt, it used to be a duplex.  It is now a 3/2.5 with approx 1600 sqft.  It has vaulted ceilings, hardwoods throughout, granite in kitchen and all baths, tile in all baths, jacuzzi tub, heated floors in master bath, and an overlook balcony.  We are putting the finishing touches on it mainly installing a driveway and lanscaping.  We are asking 275K, comps of this size are over 300K.  This is a hot area in charlotte, and values are rising.  If you bring us a buyer, we will pay you 5K at closing or if you're a realtor we will pay you 3% commission plus a 2,500 bonus.  You can contact me at 704 564-1532.  Thanks and have a great day!
