I have a broker that I used to purchase our ranch in Texas some 7 years ago. He worked through the complexities of the rural property that the big banks just couldn't fathom ... even during the boom! I'm passionate about people being able to do social networking at work and enriching their lives and work by being connected inside and outside the normal perception of work. The jury is still out on these Millenial Mindsets, but I predict they will be a positive change agent even bigger than email!
Real Estate Investment has been on my mind and in my personal education for quite a while, but only this year has turned into... continue reading >>

I would like to create a business proposal for presentation to prospective private lenders. Does anyone know of a good template for such a proposal?
It needs to be something well used and proven to speak the language of a private lender.
I really appreciate any leads or suggestions! - Dan
