I am so excited for the future! Today I turn 25 years old, I already have been investing and learning real estate as much as possible. I read a book recently by Robert Kiyosaki called "Who Took my Money", I love all the Rich Dad books but this one idea in the book really has me thinking. Well here goes my first blog.... I have been in the process of looking at properties in the Twin Cities, MN. After looking at multiple properties over a good 6 months I think I found something that fits my criteria. Most people ask well how do you know what meets your criteria, I say properties that can be aquired without much delay in being rented(no major construction that would delay renters moving in) but the big factor in deciding whether I submit a offer is the ROI.
