About Me
I'm a single mom of three, with two teens still at home.  My dream is to be a successful real estate investor and make my career change by the end of this year... in other words fire my boss.  I want to work where ever I happen to be vacationing.  I want my life back - my time back.  I intend to do that by wholesaling my first few deals to get some quick case in my pocket.. then buy and rehab/sell and hold.  I live in the Balt./Wash. metro area, getting to some investor meetings, education, education, education, and now looking for my first wholesale deal.  Wish me luck, don't have the money for a mentor yet, so I'm doing this on my own.... kind of scary, but I'm not going to let that stop me!  ONWARD AND UPWARD !!!!
